メモはどこに保存されますか？

あなたの端末の中にだけ保存されます。アカウント登録はなく、運営者のサーバーにメモが保存されることはありません。くわしくはプライバシーポリシーをどうぞ。

機種変更のときは、どうすればいいですか？

設定の「バックアップ」から、合言葉つきのバックアップファイルを書き出せます。新しい端末で同じ画面から読み込むと、メモとメモンたちが引っ越しできます。※写真立ての写真本体はバックアップに含まれません（端末のアルバムを表示する仕組みのため）。写真はOSの写真アプリ側の引っ越しでご一緒に。

共有リンクは、いつまでひらけますか？

リンクを作るときに24時間・7日・30日から選べます（無期限はありません）。期限が切れると、リンクは必ずひらけなくなり、サーバーからも消えます。「1回ひらいたら消える」をONにして作ったリンクは、相手が1回ひらいた時点で消えます。

作った共有リンクを取り消せますか？

いまのバージョンでは、作成後の手動取り消しはできません。急ぎで消したい事情がある場合はサポート窓口へご相談ください。なお、どのリンクも選んだ期限（最長30日）で必ず消えます。

共有カードには、何が入っていますか？

メモンの姿と、設定「共有にタイトルと本文を含める」をONにした場合のタイトル・本文です。写真は共有カードに入らない設計です。カードの内容は端末の中で暗号化されてから預けられ、URLを知らされた相手だけがひらけます。

「みんなの庭」に招待されました。何が必要ですか？

めも庭アプリが必要です。招待リンクを開くと、アプリが入っていない場合はストアへご案内します。参加のときに入力する名前は、同じ庭の他の参加者に表示されます（本名でなくてかまいません）。合言葉つきの庭では、庭を作った人から合言葉を教えてもらってください。※合言葉は端末の中でハッシュ化して照合するため、運営者側で調べることはできません。作った人にお尋ねください。

みんなの庭は、いつまで残りますか？

庭を作るときに「消える日」を決めます（既定は45日後・最大で45日先まで）。その日が来ると自動的に失効し、サーバーから削除されます。誰かが開いたり書き込んだりしても延びません。庭を作った人（共有者）は、アプリの管理メニューの「消える日を変える」でいつでも動かせます（いまより後・最大45日先。早めることもできます）。無期限にはできません。

みんなの庭の中身は、運営者に見えますか？

見えません。庭の設定・メモの中身・参加者の名前は、あなたの端末の中で暗号化されてから預けられます。暗号を解く鍵は招待リンクの「#」以降にだけ含まれ、サーバーには届きません。

いやがらせや、不適切な書き込みを見つけたら？

庭の「…」メニューの「通報する」から、メール窓口（[email protected]）へお知らせください。どの庭の、どのメモンの、何が問題かを書き添えていただけると助かります。庭を作った人は、その場で参加者のメモンを削除したり、共有そのものを終了したりできます。運営者は通報を受けた庭の停止・削除を行います。くわしくは利用規約第5条・第6条をご覧ください。

参加をやめたいときは？

庭の「…」メニューから「この庭から退出」を選びます。着せ替えは手元に戻ります。※置いたメモン（回答）は庭に残ります。消したいときは、庭を作った人に削除を頼んでください。

共有できない庭がありますか？

検索で見えないようにしているメモン（かぎつき）や、写真たてのある庭は共有できません。アプリが共有の前に知らせますので、そのメモンを別の庭へ引っ越すか、写真たてを片づけてからお試しください。※他の人に見せる場所へ、隠しているメモや家族の写真を出さないための仕組みです。

共有中の庭は、どんな見た目になりますか？

みんなの庭は、どの庭も「自由帳」の紙面（白地に横罫線）で表示されます。参加した人の端末でも同じ見た目になります。共有を終えたあとも、その庭はみんなの庭のまま残り、「この庭を閉じる」で片づけられます（自分のメモンは隣の庭へ移すか、いっしょに消すかを選べます）。

リマインダーの通知が来ません

端末の設定で、めも庭の通知が許可されているかをご確認ください。おやすみモード・集中モード中は、OSの設定によって通知が表示されないことがあります。「どこで?」（場所のお知らせ）を使う場合は、位置情報の許可も必要です。

購入したアイテムを、新しい端末でも使えますか？

使えます。設定の「バックアップ」画面にある「購入を復元」を押すと、同じ App Store / Google Play アカウントでの購入履歴から復元されます。

データをぜんぶ消したいときは？

アプリを削除すると、端末の中のメモ・庭・設定はすべて消えます。運営者のサーバーには、もともとメモが保存されていません。作成済みの共有リンクも期限で消えます。β版のテレメトリに同意していた場合の記録の削除は、サポート窓口へお申し出ください。

メモが生成AIに読まれることはありますか？

ありません。メモや画像が生成AIへ送られることはありません。なお、アプリ開発の一部（イラスト制作など）には生成AIを使用し、人間が最終レビューを行なっています。

Where are my memos stored?

Only on your device. There is no account to sign up for, and your memos are never stored on our server. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What should I do when I change devices?

From Backup in the settings, you can export a backup file with a passphrase. Read it back in on the new device from the same screen, and your memos and Memolets move across. Photos in photo frames are not included in the backup, because the app shows them from your device’s album. Bring those across with your OS photo app.

How long does a share link stay open?

When you make the link you choose 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. There is no unlimited option. Once the time is up the link can no longer be opened, and it is deleted from the server. A link made with “Disappears after one open” switched on is gone the moment the other person opens it.

Can I cancel a share link I already made?

In this version there is no manual cancel. If you need one removed urgently, please contact support. Every link disappears on its own at the time you chose, at most 30 days.

What is on a shared card?

How the Memolet looks, plus the title and text if you switched on “Include the title and text” in the settings. Photos are never on a shared card. The contents are encrypted on your device before they are stored, and only someone who has the URL can open them.

I was invited to a shared garden. What do I need?

The Memolet Garden app. If you do not have it, opening the invite link takes you to the store. The name you enter when you join is shown to the other people in that garden, and it does not have to be your real name. For a garden with a passphrase, ask the person who made it. The passphrase is hashed and checked on your device, so we cannot look it up for you. Please ask whoever made the garden.

How long does a shared garden last?

Whoever makes the garden picks the day it disappears (45 days by default, and at most 45 days ahead). On that day it expires and is deleted from the server. Opening it or writing in it does not extend it. The person who made it can move the date at any time with “Change the day it disappears” in the app’s management menu — later than now, at most 45 days ahead, and it can be brought forward too. It cannot be made permanent.

Can you see what is in a shared garden?

No. The garden’s settings, the memos, and the names of the people in it are all encrypted on your device before they are stored. The key that decrypts them is only in the part of the invite link after the “#”, which never reaches the server.

What if I find harassment or something inappropriate?

Use “Report” in the garden’s “…” menu to let us know by email ([email protected]). It helps a lot if you say which garden, which Memolet, and what the problem is. The person who made the garden can delete a participant’s Memolet on the spot, or end the sharing entirely. We suspend or delete gardens that are reported. See Articles 5 and 6 of the Terms of Use.

How do I leave a garden?

Choose “Leave this garden” from the garden’s “…” menu. Your outfits come back to you. The Memolet you placed stays in the garden. To have it removed, ask the person who made the garden.

Are there gardens that cannot be shared?

A garden with Memolets you have hidden from search, or with a photo frame in it, cannot be shared. The app tells you before you share, so move that Memolet to another garden or put the photo frame away and try again. This is here so that hidden memos and family photos do not end up somewhere other people can see.

What does a shared garden look like?

Every shared garden is shown on sketchbook paper — white with horizontal rules. It looks the same on the devices of everyone who joined. After the sharing ends the garden stays a shared garden, and you can put it away with “Close this garden” (you choose whether your own Memolets move to a neighbouring garden or go with it).

Reminder notifications are not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for Memolet Garden in your device settings. During Do Not Disturb or a Focus mode, notifications may not appear, depending on your OS settings. If you use Where? (place reminders), location permission is needed as well.

Can I use items I bought on a new device?

Yes. On the Backup screen in the settings, press Restore purchases and they come back from the purchase history of the same App Store or Google Play account.

How do I delete everything?

Deleting the app removes every memo, garden, and setting on the device. Your memos were never on our server to begin with. Share links you already made disappear when their time is up. If you opted in to beta telemetry and want those records deleted, please contact support.

Is generative AI ever reading my memos?

No. Your memos and images are never sent to generative AI. Parts of building the app (illustration work, for example) did use generative AI, with a human reviewing the result.
